Stamina is the green bar on the bottom left of your game. Every time you walk, use certain equipment, or use certain tools, you lose stamina. When you run out of stamina, then you will automatically eat whatever food you have in your inventory that restores it. When you've run out of food, you will start losing health.
How to restore Stamina[]
You can fully restore your stamina by leveling up, resting in your hut on the Starting Island, the Hunter's Tent on the Starting Island or any other resting place. You can also restore some of your stamina by eating certain food items, such as berries or pie, or equipping certain items.
