Story
The Innkeeper appears first time at the Inn. The first mission he gives is to confront the Mirrows and find any ways to reason with them. He also lets you stay at the inn for 50 coins if the power is on. Once you have completed the quest to defeat the pirates, he will let you stay for free

The innkeeper is the only npc who does not have a sprite, because he never leaves his inn.
